GENERAL LIABILITY

In all general liability cases we conduct at your request, in-depth investigations which include statements, locus inspections, identification of all leases, contracts and hold harmless agreements as well as identifying any viable third party.

AUTO LIABILITY

Comprehensive investigations which include signed or recorded statements from all operators, passengers and witnesses, scene investigations, photographs and diagrams. Contact with the state or local police and DMV. Subrogation investigation and preparation for arbitration or suit. UM/UIM investigations.

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION

Determine compensability and disability. Monitor medical treatment and return to work target dates. Schedule I.M.E.’s. Subrogation to identify viable third parties. Knowledge of state filing requirements and extensive Informal Hearing representation.

LIQUOR LIABILITY

Confirm Dram Shop Statutory Cause of Action and notice requirements. Obtain complete insured data which includes type of establishment, permits, business hours, patron capacity, clientele and employee identification. Determination of insureds knowledge of alleged intoxicated person, visible signs of intoxication, etc.

PRODUCT LIABILITY

Thorough investigations aimed at identifying and describing the product, manufacturer, product liability and use. Identification of all retailers, wholesalers or distributors that may be involved. Procurement of all advertising and descriptive material, including use and installation data sales record.

SPECIAL INVESTIGATION

In-depth investigations conducted by our office which includes: Surveillance, Activity Checks, Locate Witnesses, Still and Video Photography, Trial Preparation and Skip Tracing. We also conduct employment, asset, criminal and civil background checks.

Founded in 1985 by President/Owner Neal S. Waters, our firm has been serving the investigative needs of insurance companies, self insureds, TPA's, and defense firms. We handle multi-line casualty adjustments which include: Auto Liability, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Product Liability, Liquor Liability, and Special Investigations.
